第一個專門為台灣軟體工程師設立的群組，專門討論全端開發科技與分享全端開發工作機會。
- 台灣缺少全端開發工程師專屬的團體 沒有專門為學習與分享全端開發知識的生態支持。
- 雖然台灣的前端或後端各自很專業，但是常常無法流利的解釋前後端的串連。
- 沒有動力或資源去培養全端，各做各的。
- 全端網頁開發是未來趨勢
- 全球科技公司傾向雇用 Full Stack 全端開發工程師，不但降低成本（但是對端員工，薪水卻是提高），更可以快速的完成開發，也減少連結錯誤。
- 全端需要學習更多最新的科技，需要公司有心重視栽培。
- 在台灣很難找到 Full Stack 全端開發工程師
- 大多數網頁開發都是前端或後端，而不是全端，也沒有機會學習現有領域的狹窄範圍，沒有全球競爭力。
- 職業生涯更精彩 全端開發的職業生涯更長久、更有彈性發展。不容易被取代，快速升主管級。
- 沒有一個徵才/應徵平台是完全免費的
- 先有免費的平台可能會開始收費。
- 只能建立一個開源社團，才能。
使命
- 幫助前端、後端工程師學習全端開發。
- 討論並理解前端和後端框架之間的協同作用。
- 建立一個永久免費的開源群組，用於新創徵才/應徵。

- Full Stack Developers Taiwan不屬於任何個人、公司、孵化器或企業。
- 台灣的各全端團隊擁有此GitHub repo。
Post 規則
- 任何公司都可以發布。
- 工作機會必須是 全端開發工程師。 * 不能只是前端，後端或 mobile 開發。
- 職位必須包含薪資信息。

Motivation
For Developers, By Developers
- Lack of Full Stack community in Taiwan. There is lacking a Full Stack Developer community in Taiwan.
- Front-End Developers Taiwan, Back-End Developers in Taiwan while they very suited for highly focused discussions on front-end and back-end stacks, they are inadequate to discuss how front and back-ends fit together.
- There is a lack of resources to help back-end developers learn front-end, and vice versa.
- Full Stack is the future.
- Employers like full stack because hiring front and back-end is effectively hiring two people to do the job of one full stack developer.
- Hard to hire Full Stack in Taiwan.
- It is extremely hard to hire Full Stack Developers in Taiwan.
- Most developers either focus on the front or back-end, and have little opportunity to learn beyond their narrow scope.
- Longer Career Longevity. Developers will have longer career longevity as a full stack, compared to front-end or back-end developers.
- No job seeking / hiring solution that is completely free.
- Currently free solutions and network can easily be not free in the future.
- Only an open sourced solution can be truly free forever.
Mission
- Help front-end and back-end developers transition to a full stack role.
- Discuss and understand synergies between front-end and back-end frameworks.
- Build out an open sourced solution that is free forever for startup job seeking and hiring.

- Full Stack Developers Taiwan is not the property of any individual, company, incubator, or venture.
- The full stack community in Taiwan owns this GitHub repo.
